South Mumbai’s skyline has welcomed a striking new landmark with the grand launch of One Marina, a 74-storey ultra-luxury residential tower at Marine Lines. The project has been developed by YM Infra Group in strategic partnership with Ashwin Sheth Group, marking a significant addition to South Mumbai’s premium residential landscape.

Spread across approximately 1.5 million square feet, One Marina carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹2,800 crore. Positioned in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after micro-markets, the project aims to blend legacy location advantages with contemporary design and modern luxury.
